As a female founder in the predominantly male tech industry, I struggle all the time with feeling alone. I never found the right mentor either, but what I have found are peers I can learn from and help along their paths. If I can be the megaphone for just one other woman, that’s more important than being the teacher or the counselor. Because too often we don’t get heard.
